The speculative research project explores technological sovereignty and decentralised power in space, using roleplaying as a core methodology and prototyping artefacts like "SpaceX membership" and "Sovereignty Agreements" to simulate the complex negotiations of future space agencies, which have been recently proven as the future direction with Elon Musk planning to build space data centres.

Despite tight time constraints, I successfully led participants through rapid ideation across six themes, focusing on cultural and multigenerational participation. This engagement fostered a sense of belonging and community identification among young members.
Key takeaways included the vital role of food and music in driving multicultural inclusion and social cohesion across the borough.

With insights from weeks of stakeholder interviews, I guided the team through Persona and Behaviour Spectrum mapping, exercises on positioning and moodboarding, we helped define the strategic purpose and future journey—covering Attract, Engage, Connect, and Relationship phases—to ensure the store experience delivers playful yet meaningful experiences.
