About Michelle...

Award-winning designer based in London whose clients are from different countries. Michelle graduated from the University of Arts, London, with an MA in Service Design. She designs with a strategic approach, strong concepts and a precise sense towards human-centric needs in the ever-changing design industry.

Michelle often finds unique perspectives in engaging her audience and participants, and have strong sense in synthesising and decision-making. She has worked with clients on both private and public sector, leading user-centred systemic design in complex policy, institutional, civic, environmental and digital contexts.
